rudy and debbie festariRudy Festari was born and raised in Rome, Italy, where he developed a love of fashion at an early age. One of four sons, he left his native country and traveled to New York to pursue his passion. He expanded his knowledge and expertise and eventually moved to Texas when a retail opportunity arose. He partnered with a friend to open the well known Italian boutique, “Fiorucci.” About the same time, he met the woman who would become the love of his life, Debbie. Originally from Austin, Debbie graduated and moved to Houston and the pair quickly married and embarked on their lifelong dream of owning their own business together.

Their dream became a reality upon the opening of Festari for Men which specializes in fine men’s apparel and accessories. In business for over 15 years, the store has become known for quality clothing, superb personal service and catering to their customers’ needs. The couple’s clients include the established businessman, the celebrity athlete and the young man just starting to develop his wardrobe. Located on prestigious Post Oak Boulevard, the store has become a destination for the well dressed man.

Throughout their career and marriage, Rudy and Debbie have always believed we should be grateful for what we have achieved and strive to give even more back to the community. Over ten years ago they created their popular charity event “Una Notte in Italia” – A Night in Italy. The “celebrity” men’s fashion show has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars, every year, for numerous worthy causes, including Child Advocates, Baylor College of Medicine Cancer Center and most recently Family Services of Greater Houston.

This year Debbie and Rudy will celebrate 30 years of marriage! They have raised two sons and have 3 beautiful grandchildren. Their philanthropic efforts continue both within the store as well as at home where they have taught their children these same lessons.
