The lives of Joanna and Brad Marks are built on service to the community and dedication to family. Married since 2013, the duo balances a full family life with their three children, Kennedy, Garrison and Bradley, Jr., and are expecting a little girl in the spring, while continuing the legacy of the exemplary customer service at IW Marks Jewelers.

Joanna and Brad are involved in multiple charities, supporting a wide range of organizations that truly make a difference including the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, the Periwinkle Foundation, American Cancer Society Holiday Shopping Card Advisory Board, Project 88, Depelchin, Dec My Room and Mission of Yahweh.

A lifelong volunteer, Joanna spent her college years working with people with special needs through therapeutic horsemanship at SIRE. She has served as a chair or committee member for Jamie’s Hope, Montgomery County Youth Services, Alzheimer’s Association, Heroes for Children, Children’s Assessment Center, Bo’s Place, and is a provisional member for VICTORY. Joanna and her daughter Kennedy are the co-chairs for the 2017 Women’s Fund luncheon. It is important for Joanna and Brad that they teach their children the importance of helping the community.

Brad, a Texas A&M graduate, carries on IW Marks Jewelers’ long-standing tradition of supporting the community, garnering multiple regional and national awards, including honors from Business Committee for the Arts, FORBES Magazine’s Business in the Arts Award, and the Jefferson Award for Community Service.

Both Houston natives, Joanna and Brad are avid supporters of all things Houston, including anything to do with the Arts, the Houston Texans and all the other Houston sports teams. They love taking their children to museums, the Houston Zoo and the numerous parks our city provides.
