Liz, Ann, and Leila are fourth generation Houstonians, daughters of the late Walter and Mary Jo Peckham. It was their parents’ philanthropic spirit that led to the development of the Mary Jo Peckham Park for all children, and the creation of the Assistance League Mary Jo Peckham Awards Luncheon held annually in Houston. These three women, along with their brother Walter, have continued in their parents’ spirit of giving.

Liz, married to Andy Jameson for more than 20 years, is a sustaining member of Assistance League, charter member of the American Heart Association Guild, and on the Board of Directors of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She is a member of the Houston Ballet Guild and the Friends of the Ronald McDonald House. Liz and Andy have three children and three grandchildren

Ann, married to Royce Berry for more than 25 years, is an associate member of Assistance League of Houston. Ann is founder and president of a local financial consulting firm. She and Royce are dedicated members of Westminster Methodist Church and have four children and nine grandchildren.

Leila, married to Pat Gilbert for more than 30 years, is the founder of the American Heart Association Guild, and a past president of the following organizations: American Heart Association Houston Division and Texas Affiliate, Friends of the Ronald McDonald House, and Assistance League. She is a past honoree of the Women of Distinction and the March of Dimes Best Dressed List. Leila and Pat have three children and six grandchildren.

Walter and Mary Jo Peckham also instilled in their children the love of family. The close-knit relationship the siblings share with one another is a true treasure.
