arnoldyjana scotty Jana and John Scott Arnoldy married in 2005 and haven’t taken a breath since in committing themselves to the betterment of Houston. With a strong sense of family and love for their city, the Arnoldys have pledged to honor their family motto of “leaving a place better than you find it.”

John Scott, “Scotty” as he’s known to most, is President and CEO of Triten Corporation, a privately held worldwide engineering firm based in Houston. He presently serves as Chairman of the St. Luke’s Hospital Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Directors of St. Luke’s Health System and Chairs the Development Committee. Jana has served as President of the St. Luke’s Hospital Friends of Nursing and has chaired their annual luncheon.

Longtime supporters of Houston Grand Opera, Jana and Scotty chaired HGO’s Imperial Ball in 2008. Scotty is a Past Chairman of Houston Grand Opera (2004-2007) and Jana currently serves of the Special Events Committee. She also serves on the board of the Alley Theatre and Hermann Park Conservancy. Her love for the park also encompasses chairing the popular “Hats in the Park” luncheon. The couple chaired the Fine Art of Shooting for Museum of Fine Arts, Houston last March and recently chaired the Bayou Preservation Association Gala—“Born on the Bayou.” They also chaired the very successful Ronald McDonald House “Boo Ball’ in 2012.

Scotty and Jana are very active members of the Houston Young Professionals Association (YPO-WPO). Scotty is Past Chairman of the Houston Chapter, Past Director of the International Young Presidents’ Organization Board and Past Chapter Chair of the Houston Chapter of World Presidents’ Organization. They also spend much of their free time with members of the Coronado Club of which Scotty is Past President and currently serves as Treasurer.

Jana was named to the March of Dimes and Houston Chronicle’s Best Dressed List in 2012 and was honored to chair the luncheon in 2013. She has also chaired the Houston Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association Pilgrimage tour and has also opened their home for the tour.
