darryl murchisonOver the past seventeen years, Darryl Murchison has turned a door-to-door floral business into a full service event production company, Darryl & Co. From small, intimate weddings to large elaborate galas and corporate events nationally, Darryl is the driving force behind his team of designers and event coordinators.

Featured on Rachael Ray, Great Day Houston, Grace Ormond, in Weddings in Houston magazine and numerous other media publications, Darryl has catapulted his Darryl & Co. into the upper echelon of creative and innovative design companies in the country. His ability to reinvent himself and his company has kept him in the forefront of the design world for over a decade.
Although well-known for designing beautiful weddings and corporate events, he is equally well known for his in-depth work with Houston’s non-profit organizations. Totally dedicated to giving back to the city that he feels has been responsible for his success, Darryl’s commitment is evidenced by his tireless persistence to help every charitable event be the best that it can be.

Currently Darryl serves as chairman of several charitable galas; he also works closely with Family Services, Houston Children’s Charities, Legacy Community Health Services, Stalin Foundation, Citizens for Animal Protection, Astros Wives Gala, Cabaret for a Cure, Memorial Hermann Association, American Heart Association, Boys and Girls Harbor, Mission of Yahweh and Rachael Ray’s charitable endeavors.
Darryl and his team travel all over the country to work with Rachael Ray on giving back through the donation of décor and floral designs. He recently flew to New York to design a dream wedding for a breast cancer patient.

These are but a few of the community service accomplishments of Darryl Murchison that are public knowledge. As important are the multitudinous acts of kindness and generosity that Darryl does with no one knowing. He believes that one person can make a difference; and it is this passion to “give back and help others” that is obvious not only in his work, but in his life.
