An Address Poised to Define a New Chapter in the City’s Evolution: The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Houston Receives a Warm Welcome in Uptown/Galleria
Over 300 guests welcomed the launch of a new lavish high-rise set to begin construction in Houston’s prized Galleria landscape. 2120 Post Oak Boulevard has become an even more highly sought-after address for a select group of global capital and high-net-worth buyers, as Houston-based developer Deiso Moss, in collaboration with Cleary Interests and Marriott International, announced public sales for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Houston.
This 45-story tower (to be completed in Fall 2029) boasts The Ritz-Carlton Hotel with 156 guest rooms and suites, a ballroom seating 450 guests, and 112 bespoke branded residences marketed by Redeavor Group and available for purchase.
The project’s world-renowned design team is led by Pickard Chilton, Design Architect; Houston-based Ziegler Cooper Architects, Project Architect; and Rottet Studio is designing Interiors. Houston-based Harvey Cleary will be the general contractor.
Each residence will enjoy the revered “Ritz-Carlton” attention to detail and appointments usually afforded to hotel guests, including in-residence dining, spa and wellness services, housekeeping, concierge services, and more. Every home enjoys private outdoor space, inviting morning light, evening breezes, and moments of peace, allowing the lives of owners and guests to feel effortless from morning to night. An entire level of the elegant structure is dedicated to resident life, offering a collection of amenities designed for connection, creativity and quiet retreat.
Attendees at the lavish tented soirée were treated to delicious light fare, entertainment from the Houston jazz ensemble David Caceres Trio, and the opportunity to wander and marvel at the development’s $5 million purpose-built private sales gallery, which now welcomes qualified buyers by appointment. The gallery showcases architectural elements and materials consistent with the future tower, offering a preview of the residences’ design and finishes. Dedicated installations highlight private amenities, including a residential arrival experience, indoor and outdoor pools, a wellness program, and access to the hotel’s dining, cultural, and spa offerings.
Andrew Deiso, co-founder of Deiso Moss, said, “Houston has long held the economic depth and international business presence to support a project of this scale. What has been missing is this level of brand integration and service infrastructure. This development reflects confidence in the city’s long-term trajectory and its ability to shine on a global stage.”
Joe Cleary, founder of Cleary Interests, proudly added, “This is not simply a new residential tower. It is a statement about where Houston stands today. The city has matured into a global business capital, and this project aligns its residential offering with that stature.”
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Houston, is a stunning addition to our community—a structure thoughtfully designed for those who value an exceptional quality of life. This new landmark aims to set a standard for ownership grounded in service, craftsmanship and a strong sense of place.
